Delivery
We offer free delivery as standard for all UK orders. For Europe and International orders, we do not currently offer free delivery. For international delivery prices see: ‘what is the cost of delivery to Europe or rest of the world?’

UK
- FREE delivery – 2-3 working days (including Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays)
- NEXT day – next day (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Europe
- International Tracked & Signed (EU): 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
International
- International Tracked & Signed: 5-7 days working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries below 2kg. Royal Mail delivers all throughout the week (excluding public holidays), including Saturday, but excluding Sunday.
For parcels above 2kg, we use DPD. DPD only deliver on weekdays and not on weekends.
To find out which courier is going to deliver your order, please refer to your order confirmation email.
You can collect your order directly from us. However, please email us 24 hours in advance to arrange collection.
Delivery to any destination outside the UK is based on the weight of your order. To find out the shipping cost of your order, add your items to the cart and click ‘calculate shipping’. Enter your address, click ‘update’ and you will be shown the total delivery cost of your order.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day and delivered in 2-3 workings days. All orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Parcels under 2kg: deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery does not require a signature.
Parcels above 2kg: deliveries are made by DPD Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery does not require a signature.
If you have not yet received your order and the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us.
We will send you a replacement once we confirm you have not received your order.
Unless your item is being delivered by DPD, the number you receive via email is not a tracking number. It is a Royal Mail reference number. It is proof of postage and can be used by us to check whether delivery has been made or not. It also allows you to re-arrange delivery if you missed the delivery the first time round.
You cannot check where your item is or when delivery will be made, as it is not a tracked service. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date in the confirmation email you receive.
Items sent via DPD are fully tracked. You should be able to track your item using the tracking page. If you cannot, please contact us.
Returns
We truly hope that you are satisfied with all products you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you want to return an item to us, you may return your purchased product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product is unopened and remains in its original condition.
All products must be returned in a saleable condition meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deduction if there are indications that the product or its packaging have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.
You will have to cover the return shipping cost.
Note: the return shipping cost will not be refunded.
To return or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via the My Returns page. Returns can only be accepted by way of this procedure at the moment. When the return request has been authorised, you will receive an update via email on how to return the item.
Once the item has been received and confirmed, we can then issue a refund or offer an exchange, provided the return meets our conditions for resale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have been used, altered or damaged in any way, unless the item was faulty when you received it.
If you receive a product that you believe has been damaged during delivery or one that appears to be faulty, please contact us right away using our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we confirm the item is damaged, we will send a replacement.
If we require the item to be returned to us, we will send you a prepaid return label. This means you will not have to pay to return the item to us.
Within 7 days of us receiving your order back by post, we will refund you the original purchase price (excluding any delivery cost charged to you at checkout) provided that you return the products to us in a saleable condition. Refunds will be made back to the same card used to pay for the order.
Please note that we shall not refund the original delivery charge or any local customs duties charged to you at checkout and paid to a local customs authority.
